Our spaces blend naturally into the landscape: 18 rooms with spectacular views over the Cotiella massif, offering a unique stay surrounded by the quiet beauty of the Pyrenees.
In our cosy “Salita”, you can curl up with a book beside the fireplace or plan your next adventure in the valley.
The garden — one of the true gems of Casa Anita — is a place to reconnect with nature: soaking up the sun beneath the trees, walking barefoot through the grass or simply slowing down for a while.
In our restaurant, you’ll discover the essence of Chistabín and Aragonese gastronomy, carefully crafted by chef Jesús Fillat with a deep respect for local flavours and seasonal ingredients.
Brunch-style breakfasts, picnic baskets for mountain days, evening sharing plates and seasonal tasting menus are all prepared using produce from our own vegetable garden, local suppliers and everything the surrounding landscape has to offer.
You’ll also find a thoughtfully curated wine list featuring both signature wines and D.O. labels, selected for those who appreciate fresh, local and high-quality products. All of this can be enjoyed from our terrace overlooking the garden and the Chistau Valley.
